Research Title

Predicting the fate of cells, tissues, and individuals (humans) by multi-omics analysis and machine learning

Research slogan

Aiming for health application fields by integrating micro-meso technology and data science

Research Purpose

In living organisms, cells interact with substances in the micro- and meso-region to produce various functions and promote tissue function. Since micro- and meso-scientific techniques have made it possible to measure cellular behavior at the single-cell level, we will develop these techniques while using machine learning to predict the fate of cells, tissues, and individuals. Another issue is what kind of perturbation should be added to predict the fate of cells, tissues, and individuals, and we will develop technologies that enable predictions to be made using perturbed systems.
